Had a craving for ceviche and looked up what I could get closeby - so glad I found this place! I chose the classic ceviche and it really hit the spot! The chunks of fish were so fresh and generous, the lime juice they were swimming in was so delicious, and I loved trying Chulpi corn. It was a different take on ceviche I’d never had before - I cannot stop raving about it. Keen to try the other ceviches and some of the warm dishes next time. Cocktails and dessert were also really good. Service was great - drinks and dishes came quick. I’ll be back with a group next time, all the other customers spoke Spanish so it’s def legit! Last night we had a terrible experience at Ayahuasca Restaurant. We waited over 2 hours for our food, and even the drinks took far too long to arrive. The most frustrating part was being told multiple times that our main dish would be ready in “5 minutes,” but it never came. Meanwhile, other tables who arrived after us were served first, which was very disappointing and felt unfair. In the end, we had no choice but to leave without our main meal after waiting so long. Overall, the service was extremely poor and unorganised. Very disappointed with the experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–120
