Great yakitori— one of my favorites in Tokyo. It can be a little tricky to find on your first visit, but that hidden location adds to its charm. They source whole, rare varieties of chicken and serve them in their entirety. All prepared beautifully and full of flavor. The chef and staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, making the whole experience feel amazing and personal. It’s a bit of a hidden gem at the moment, so I hope it gets the recognition it deserves while keeping its intimate atmosphere. A small personal note: I’d love to hear a bit more different genre in the background music, but it didn’t take away from the experience.
