I had a disappointing experience with the cashier. On multiple occasions, the cashier behaved rudely but I initially ignored it. There were also instances of misinformation, for example, I was charged for items that were later claimed to be unavailable and was then asked to change my order. This happened more than once and affected my overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service.
