Disappointing experience at Azteca on East Market Street. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter before I could place a takeout order. Then I was charged $26 for four grilled chicken burritos, even though the menu clearly lists two for $11.25, which should have made the four $22.50. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee said he had charged me for quesadillas, but my receipt specifically says “ALC Burrito Grill Chicken.” He said he would take care of it and handed me $2 back. The actual overcharge was $3.50, so the refund still left me paying more than the advertised price. The amount is small, but customers shouldn’t have to keep correcting the math after already bringing a pricing mistake to someone’s attention. The wait and the way the correction was handled made this a frustrating visit. I’ve attached photos of the menu and receipt. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

There was no one here on a Friday evening. I was worried about that. But t h e food was good. I had the number 20 dinner item. The only thing I didn't like was the very very bright lights. It was annoying. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I do enjoy Azteca Mexican Restaurant in Akron the service is always really good the people are very friendly the food is some of the best authentic Mexican food you can get in Northeast Ohio the prices are fair and their chips and salsa are very fresh and delicious.This is favorite of my family to go to and enjoy very tasty food.One of my favorites is their fajita platter for two it's a very good value and I has Carrizo shrimp beef and chicken.And in the crazy world of covid-19 they have booths and outside patio dining as well. I highly recommend this restaurant definitely give it a try if you're in the general Akron area or even passing through it's worth stopping and enjoying.
