Fairly good food, fairly quick service. I love that they include chips & salsa with takeout.

Atmosphere was wonderful and quiet, but my vegetarian burrito left me hungry. Carrots and broccoli were raw. I don’t think I will come back but thank you for the experience

Ian......Good morning .......My name is Randy Thurman, Executive Director for Azteca Mexican Restaurants. I work directly with Eduardo Alvarado and all of the Azteca Mexican Restuarant Licensees.I first of all want to 'thank you' for being an Azteca Customer, patronizing our Bellevue location and bringing this issue to our attention. We take any / all guest comments and concerns very seriously. So, thank you again.Early Friday morning, Eduardo Alvarado (Owner / Operator Bellevue Azteca) contacted me via telephone. Eduardo told me he had an incident on Thursday evening and that he wanted me to come to his restaurant to review the situation and review the photos you sent. We did that.Ian, we again want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. As soon as i saw the photo(s) it was obvious to me that the 'item' in the photo was not a fingernail, but a broken piece of a deep fried, flour tortilla shell. Ian, in our kitchen set up, all of the fried flour tortillas are stored above the assembly line. As the storage bins are 'pullled' up and down by our chefs / cooks, one / part of one can easily fall onto the cutting board OR 'heaven forbid' onto one of our Guest's plates. This is what has happened...I can assure you.In closing, please accept my / our apology for this situation. We are very sorry that this happened. In addition, please reply and let me know how we can 'make this right' with you and your family. That is all we really care about........that we hear you 'loud and clear'.I will await your reply. Respectfully submitted,Randy ThurmanAzteca Mexican Restaurants
