Hi Mya,We appreciate you sharing your concerns, but we would like to clarify a few details regarding this situation.After placing your online order, you contacted our restaurant requesting that your chilaquiles meal be separated. Our staff understood this to mean separating the accompanying sides, such as the eggs and or beans, which is how we typically accommodate this type of request. During that conversation, it was not communicated that you specifically wanted the red sauce packaged separately. Had that been clearly requested, our team could have addressed it accordingly.We would also like to clarify that chilaquiles are traditionally prepared by combining tortilla chips with salsa during the cooking process. Separating the salsa from the chips is not part of our standard preparation, which is why such a request would need to be specifically communicated.While we understand your frustration and recognize that there was a misunderstanding, we must also address the manner in which our employees were treated during your follow-up phone call. Threats of physical harm toward our staff are taken very seriously and are never acceptable. Due to the nature of that interaction, the incident was reported, and we made the decision to discontinue further communication.We welcome constructive feedback and are always willing to address legitimate concerns about our food and service.
