Absolutely love this location !!! They are super quick and friendly even if they were closing within an hour we still got great service AMAZING fresh hot food plaza Azteca never disappoint .... We had a party of 3 and had the birria rolls (must try) chicken and rice shrimp tacos and burrito Texano packed with shrimp chicken and steak .... 10 out of 10 must try again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered food for pickup so can't really speak to service or atmosphere. But I'm someone who loves nachos. These are shameful. Literally chips made soggy by cheese sauce and unseasoned ground beef for damn near $20? Are you kidding me. Take this off you menue, or make actual nachos. I've worked in many a kitchen. I would never serve this too a customer paying their hard earned money. Edit: (beef nachos btw) they responded to me saying their nachos are like $11. Here is a screenshot of them listed as $14.99 considering tip because I always tip food staff no matter what, eat in take out no matter what. So my previous statement that it cost me damn near $20 for these nachos stands. Throw some toppings on these to make them better. No I'm not going to reach out to you about your poor quality instead of reviewing. That's what reviews are for. You want better reviews provide a BETTER PRODUCT. And know what you're prices are before you publicly respond. As stated at the start of my message, I ordered my food for pickup online. I'm aware usually if you order online there is an inflated price. Still doesn't justify serving this PITIFUL EXCUSE for nachos. Now don't try me again with a response, I obviously am this petty. Joseph, no date, time, or receipt was ever provided. If you actually purchased the food from Plaza Azteca Haygood, bring in the receipt and I’ll gladly review it and refund you if warranted. I know my prices and stand by what I said. we don't even have Active the Uber Eats Platform here at Plaza Azteca Haygood , so how did you order from here?

We went to eat with our family, We had five kids with us. We knew it was busy, we were quoted a 40 minute wait. After being outside for about 20-30 minutes, we went inside to wait to be seated, And the table that we assumed was ours (Because we were the only big top left on the waiting list-I know because I’m the one who wrote down my name) was given away to a family who had just walked in the door. When I brought it to their (hostesses) attention, they lied to me and told me they had been calling me. They had not, my phone was in my hand. (PLUS I WAS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOSTESS STAND). The manager approaches me And is not apologetic at all. And basically tells me “oh well” “ we will feed you whenever we can”. I am not one to post negative reviews, however, the handling of this situation and the absolute disrespect and lack of accountability or even compassion. There was no remorse or even an apology After we waited for over an hour to get sat and our table was given away. I will never return to this location. This is not a family friendly atmosphere. And the hostess and manager are not at all hospitable. Service: 1

Your party’s name was called and the phone number provided was contacted with no answer. On Cinco de Mayo, our busiest day of the year, we cannot stop operations or continue searching for parties while other guests are waiting. Multiple guests nearby also confirmed your party was called. Management was only involved after our hostess was being spoken to disrespectfully. We will always support and protect our staff and do not condone disrespect toward employees or damage to restaurant property.
