The chef clearly knows his stuff. Everything from the sauce are cooked to standard. The can feel from the composition of the roux , adding layers of favour into it. Every sauce are made up different, from the curry, demi glac, pasta sauce etc. Very delighted to find a Japanese western styled curry with distinctive red wine added in it's making. Those without skill will turn this into an bitter ending. The taste profiles of the curry is first fine spice, fruity then slightly acidic followed by peppery lastly anchor in light roux for the holistic mouth feels. Hamburg ozzed out juices when you slap your fork in. Everything made perfect except for the crab croquettes. I had taste better. Prices at first looks high but when you had seen the portions, everything looks economical. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000

The price is amazing despite the great location The biggest problem when having lunch or dinner in Ginza is how crowded it is. People's hunger times are similar, so the busiest times are around 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. for lunch, and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner. If it's a popular restaurant, there's bound to be a line, and if you haven't made a reservation, you won't be able to get in today. Therefore, it is important to find a reasonably good restaurant in Ginza that you can visit anytime and bookmark it. Especially when going out to dinner with friends or on a date, if you get exhausted from traveling a lot, your precious encounter will be ruined. Restaurant Azuma has achieved an extremely high CP even in Ginza, and is also located in a very good location. Furthermore, I think the key point of this restaurant is that, as it is a long-established Western restaurant, they have a menu that everyone can enjoy, such as hamburgers, Neapolitan meat, teppanyaki meat, and curry. Personally, I think the hamburger and Neapolitan set or the ginger-grilled pork are delicious, but the taste is about 5 out of 10. It's not super delicious, so it's probably best to understand that point. Also, the interior is old-fashioned and the restrooms are not clean, but the customer service is very good, which creates a strangely calming atmosphere. Diet index: 3 Since it is a Western restaurant, it has a lot of fat. The way I eat it, I first order a salad and then tell them that I want it without dressing. I eat a lot of vegetables first, then have a hamburger or teppanyaki, and then have a little rice in the second half. Wait at least 10 minutes after eating the raw vegetables before starting the main dish. It comes out piping hot, so don't worry, it won't cool down easily.
