The soy sauce tonkotsu soup base is outstanding—rich, smooth, and full of flavor, without any strong stinky pork smell. The noodles are the perfect thickness to complement the soup. The chashu is thick and generous, though I’d love it to be a bit more tender. The gyoza is pleasantly chewy (mochi-mochi), and the staff are very friendly!
