I had lunch here today and the whole experience was thoughtfully curated from start to finish. Even the menu design felt intentional — clearly crafted to create a balanced progression of flavors. The starter was chicken paired with a silky potato soup. What surprised me most was the contrast in textures: the chicken skin was incredibly crisp from pan-searing, while the meat itself stayed remarkably juicy and tender. The flavors were delicate rather than overpowering, which made it a perfect lead-in to the main course. Speaking of the main, the Burgundy-style beef stew (Boeuf Bourguignon) was the star — the sauce was unmistakably wine-based, deeply reduced, and luxuriously rich. Every bite felt slow-cooked to perfection. Even the bread service stood out: fresh, well-matched to the courses, and clearly treated as more than just an afterthought. Dessert was, as expected, the soul of the meal — a refined composition of pistachio, peach, and raspberry.
