I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews. I ordered two chicken patties, and after they were heated up, they were rock hard and extremely dry inside. They tasted like they had been made weeks ago. I also tried the pistachio cake, and it was even worse. It was so hard that it felt stale, and there was barely any pistachio flavor at all. I completely wasted my money and my time. Based on the reviews, I expected much better. Maybe the quality was good when they first opened, or perhaps friends and family left positive reviews to support the business, but my experience was very disappointing. Service was good and friendly i do appreciate . It's a beautiful nice and clean environment. But food quality is worst.... Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back or recommending this place.

Absolutely loved this place! The staff at Azurah Cafe are so friendly and welcoming. It’s such a quiet and cozy spot to work or relax for a few hours. Their desserts and ice cream were amazing, everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely one of my new favourite café spots in Pickering. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by this cafe recently and honestly had a really nice experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and the coffee I had was SO fresh and well-made, and the food was surprisingly delicious too. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the friendly service. It's clear that a lot of thought and effort went into creating the space. Definitely a great spot to grab a coffee, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!
