My favorite New to me restaurant I've tried this year!!! The chef here knocks his fusion recipes out of the park. The Creamy Udon was savory while maintaining that classic umami profile, get it spicy. Also, Get the tacos, trust me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Creamy Udon

Meal was delicious! My shrimp katsu banh mi had the perfect crispy texture, and the black sesame Vietnamese coffee was one of the best I've had. It was creamy and nutty while still having a strong viet coffee base. The service was great and everyone was really friendly. I also had the Agedashi tofu, which was served in a savory umami broth (loved it!) and mango bing su. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
