As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum and Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at many luxury properties, and I consider my experience at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach to be truly world-class. In fact, it is hard to believe it is categorized as an "Upper Upscale" brand, as the overall experience easily matches that of a true "Luxury" class property. The resort is well-maintained, offering great views, a quality breakfast, and excellent Italian dining. The service was also notable, particularly from an employee named MAI. I had left a personal item at my previous hotel, and she quickly communicated with the other property to retrieve it for me without any hassle. She handled all my other requests efficiently and professionally. Overall, it is a well-managed hotel with capable staff and solid facilities. I would gladly recommend it. Service: 5

I recently stayed at Pullman Phuket, and overall, I had a good experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. However, because the hotel is located right by the beach, the room was quite humid. When I checked in, the dehumidifier was already full of water and had not been emptied before my arrival, which gave me a disappointing first impression. Most of the staff, especially at the front desk, were friendly and welcoming. However, I did not have the same experience with the staff at the lobby bar. They seemed much friendlier toward European guests while appearing less welcoming to Asian guests. On the evening of my check-out, I stayed at the lobby bar while waiting for my airport transfer and ordered drinks, so I was a paying customer. Unfortunately, the short-haired female staff member who served me was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. The swimming pool is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. However, the hotel does not offer many activities or entertainment options. Naithon Beach is peaceful and relaxing, but it is quite quiet, and it takes a fairly long walk to reach restaurants, convenience stores, and other local amenities. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the beautiful scenery, comfortable room, and friendly front desk staff. However, I hope the hotel can improve its room preparation before guests arrive and provide more consistent, welcoming service to all guests regardless of their nationality. Service: 4

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach and would happily return. If you're looking for a quieter part of Phuket away from the busier tourist areas, this is a great choice. One of the highlights of the hotel is its location overlooking Nai Thon beach. Nai Thon beach is just a short walk from the hotel, less crowded, very clean, soft sand, and clear water. The views from both the infinity pool and our room were outstanding. What made our stay at the hotel even better was the service. A special thank you to Mai, who made sure our feedback was addressed promptly and followed up personally to ensure everything was resolved. We'd also like to thank Linda from the Kids Club, who was great with our toddler and very willing to share different tips with us. One thing to note - the hotel is in a more secluded part of Phuket. However, we found that there were still sufficient activities to do with our toddler. We'd recommend visiting the elephant sanctuary nearby, and if you're there on a Friday, the Boat Avenue Night Market is well worth the winding drive. It has over a hundred stalls, plenty of food options, and a relaxed evening atmosphere. A nearby shopping alternative would be Lotus Thalang. For meals just next to the hotel, Phutawan restaurant, is also worth a visit. A great resort, excellent hospitality, and a location we'd happily return to. Service: 5
