In our establishment, all transactions are strictly processed through secure, certified POS terminals, and every single payment requires the explicit authorization of the cardholder, generating a regular fiscal receipt. It is technologically and legally impossible to charge any card "without permission" or "without you realizing it." If you truly believe there was an error in your billing (for example, if you were charged for three breakfasts instead of two), we invite you to immediately send us your fiscal receipt and bank statement matching the date of your visit to our official email address. If a genuine mistake occurred on our part, we will be more than happy to issue an immediate refund. However, if no proof is provided, we will consider this review as a malicious attempt to damage our reputation, and we will take appropriate legal action to protect our business, while officially reporting this profile to Google.
