Hello dear btob team I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at BTOB (Breakfast to Breakfast) restaurant. At approximately 2:10 AM on the day of Arafah, I visited your restaurant and requested a breakfast meal, as we were preparing for suhoor before fasting. However, I was informed that breakfast would not be available until 5:00 AM, and my request was declined. Considering the concept of your restaurant, it was quite disappointing that no breakfast options were available during such an important time, especially for customers observing fasting. I kindly ask you to review this matter and improve your service to better meet customer expectations, particularly during special occasions. Thank you for your attention.

I ordered a Rosto Beef Sandwich and another sandwich from B2B Restaurant through Toters at 7:00 PM. When the order arrived, one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I immediately contacted them, and after about 10 minutes, the delivery boy came back, took the wrong platter, and promised that they would deliver the correct sandwich as soon as possible. Well, it’s now 9:30 PM — and guess what? My correct sandwich STILL hasn’t arrived! This level of service is completely unacceptable from both Toters and B2B. And to make things worse, this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order — they’ve sent wrong items countless times before. How hard is it to double-check an order before sending it out?
