During our visit, I noticed that the meat was not fully cooked. While preparing our kebab, staff were cutting pieces that were clearly still raw and adding them directly into the sandwich. We decided to try it anyway, but some of the meat was visibly undercooked and impossible to eat safely. The taste of the other ingredients was fine, but due to concerns about food safety, we stopped eating and threw the kebab away. This was very disappointing and I hope more attention will be paid to properly cooking the meat in the future.
