Единственно, персонал подвел. Сначала на кассе не могли запомнить заказ, потом исправили, и с приготовлением чая был косяк - просто забыли приготовить, хорошо, что чек мы сохранили и смогли доказать, что заказ не выполнен. Как будто школьники работают.
Еще из пожеланий - указать в меню все наименования чаев для облегчения восприятия.
