Gran sorpresa gastronómica en Artigas. Para salir de lo cotidiano. Cocina el propietario en el momento. Ingredientes de primera calidad. Lo que comimos: 1) salmón con zuchini grillados, mix de tomates confiados y espárragos verdes. Todo en su punto, el salmón excelente punto y costra de la piel, los espárragos tiernos. 2) Arañita de novillo con crema de puerros y papas escrachadas. Carne de primera calidad y en el punto solicitado (bien jugoso), la salsa de puerros suave que acompaña pero no tapa el sabor de la carne. 3) Raviolones de calabaza con langostinos. Pasta casera muy bien lograda y al dente con un relleno suave y sabroso con salsa de berenjenas bien lograda. Una experiencia en Artigas que nunca pensé en vivir. Arriba BAMBU!!
