Report incorrect information
Upon arrival to collect our order, I got told that we had been charged wrong on the website and were told to pay an extra £20 if we wanted the lobster tail as that costed extra and the website failed to charge us the extra.
I must say, the food was incredible, and in honesty, worth the money, however, due to the lack of communication I am left a little dissatisfied. Especially as in the email receipt I got it, said I would get called if there was any issues. (I would call this an issue as I didn’t have my card on me, lucky my partner brought hers!)
