Dear Bakheet,Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are surprised by your review, as during your visit you only ordered one Red Bull and one hookah, and at the time you did not mention any issue with the service or the hookah. If there had been any problem, our staff would have gladly replaced the hookah or done everything possible to make your experience better. We treat every guest with respect and always strive to provide the best service. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.
