Bar Owl was the highlight of my visit to Sendai, and likely my entire visit to Japan. The hospitality was unparalleled and Sato is truly a master bartender. The setting and vibe perfectly matches the upscale cocktail bar it is. It was fascinating to hear Sato's stories from the national bartending competitions. Cannot wait to return to Bar Owl!
