BAR Roulette, nestled in the lively Shimotori district of Kumamoto, is a pub and bar offering a comfortable, cozy atmosphere. This establishment sits on the fifth floor of the 銀座プラザビル 2 building, providing an intimate space for patrons looking to unwind at night. The offerings include a robust selection of alcohol, ranging from beer and cocktails to spirits and wine, alongside a dining menu.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday, BAR Roulette welcomes guests between 10 PM and 5 AM. While it primarily offers dine-in services with table service available, it does not provide delivery options. Wheelchair accessibility is a concern, as there is no accessible car park or entrance mentioned. The venue accepts reservations but operates on a cash-only basis, making it important to plan ahead.
