I’m not easily impressed, meandering through the man made passage ways that make up beautiful Launceston presented our group with this hidden gem. Bar Stelo and the most amazing staff that truly compliment this establishment with a level of professionalism seldom seen. Friendly warm atmosphere, not minimalistic but just the right decor to not overpower the visual impression. I notice the small things down to every label facing forwards on every bottle. Faultless cocktails. And the whisky selection and its quality would be far too dangerous to explore even in two sittings. Thank you for showing me the level of care and passion that other establishments fail to achieve. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $140–160
