Having seen Centro Nautico Valencia, it's time to have a rest at this bar. Spanish food is worth a try here. You will be offered perfectly cooked tapas, garlic prawns and jamon. It's time to relax and eat good cheesecakes and tasty fruitcake. You will be offered delicious wine, Sangria or beer. BARDEBARES offers good coffee among its drinks.
The warm atmosphere of this place makes customers feel relaxed and have a nice time. The staff is said to be professional here. Service at this spot is something one can name prompt. Very cute bar with amazing service and food. Especially the homemade cheesecake, patatas bravas and croquettas de hamon are amazing. Can't reccomend it enough! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €30–40

SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION FROM NEGLIGENCE/MISTAKE IN MENU Ordered the Roll Steak Tartar, and in the menu it says the only allergens are tree nuts; gluten and cross-contaminants. I am very much allergic to mustard, which is not listed as an allergen for this particular dish. The dish came and I proceeded to have a fairly severe allergic reaction after the first bite as my throat closed up and I started shivering as my body went into shock. The waiter came and I confronted him with the situation, and he admitted that there was in fact mustard in this dish. I asked for a new one without mustard and he obliged. However, when the bill came he still tried to make us pay for it, in which I cited EU Regulation 1169/2011 and Real Decree 126/2015 which states that restaurants must provide accurate and truthful allergen information. After a bit of arguing he conceded that they made a mistake and that they had “accidentally given an old menu” which is absolute nonsense because the new menu has the same mistake too. I am considering escalating this to the authorities as I could have died today. See the photos. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: €10–20

We had a delicious dinner at BARDEBARES. We both ordered the steak, and it was absolutely amazing. The portions were really generous there was plenty of meat, so we left feeling completely full and satisfied! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food came out quite fast. The prices were also very fair for what you get. The only small downside was that the restaurant is right next to another busy terrace, which got pretty noisy at times. It was a bit annoying every now and then, but it definitely didn't ruin our evening. Highly recommended! Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
