BASE

Nestled on Oguni street, BASE is a curious find in the Sera District. The restaurant stands somewhat under the radar, as it's not broadly listed across the popular restaurant directories. Google hosts a bare-bones profile for the establishment, and unfortunately, customer reviews are nonexistent, leaving much about the dining experience to be a discovery.

What we know is that BASE provides a cozy space for those who enjoy dining in and offers notably great coffee as its highlight. It's equipped with essential amenities like a toilet for patron comfort. However, there seems to be no delivery service available at this time. Payment options are modern, including the convenience of Rakuten Pay.

Operating hours for BASE remain a mystery as there has been no recent update from the owner regarding this or other potential offerings. Thus, customers might want to check ahead before planning a visit. While the particulars about food and atmosphere remain elusive, visitors can expect, at a minimum, a place to enjoy a good cup of coffee within its doors.
