First getting out of my car the smell from I believe their trash? Was overpowering is an understatement. The atmosphere was okay but the lightening was old. I found the service ignored us even though it was slow Friday night. My friends and I agreed as well the food was average and options were limited. We will not be back. This was my first time at Batsi for a friends birthday dinner and I am so disappointed. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:05 and did not receive a single drink until 10:37. No waters were offered for the table or anything. I put in my drink order and my friend’s drink order at the same time and she NEVER received her drink and she was the birthday girl. 3 people out of our party asked for waters and never received them. Our food came around 11 and was COLD. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese and loaded oysters. The lobster mac was fine but the oysters were cold. The waitress never came back to check on us. Any time she was at the table was due to us calling her over there. I asked for a coke and to go box and she just completely forgot about it so I ended up asking the manager. The entertainment and DJ were a 10/10 but that service was horrible. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $70–80 Parking options: Valet
