The food was great. I believe the bread is called Bauyrdak. It was my first time having a burger with this type of bread, and I honestly wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, it was really good. The bread has a unique texture and pairs perfectly with the meat. If you’re ever in Kazakhstan, make sure to give this local fast food a try. It’s definitely worth it. Great place for authentic Kazakh food, we tried the Bauyrdaq with kurt which was delicious. Nan with sourcream was really soft and tasty. They have outdoor seating as well and a small kids play area. Perfect location near the ascension cathedral. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₸8,000–10,000
