Spent news years day breakfast at BBC disgraceful asked for poached eggs received boiled... waitress was lovely apologised and offered a coffee... you would think customer service after spending $350 in a booking a simple complementary coffee wouldn’t be to difficult manager said flat out NO!!!! Never AGAIN
