Would have liked to try it out since I see good reviews and I happened to be parked a few blocks away, so I took the walk to get something good to eat nearby only to be met with a "Sorry we're closed" sign at 4:30 p.m. when Google says they don't close until 5:30. Oh well. 1 star for not having the correct hours posted.

Thank you for your review, however we are not a chain restaurant. We are family owned and operated, because we have homestyle menu items we are often sold out. Forgive us for not being a chain restaurant and please, in the future; come back and actually try our menu to give a FAIR ASSESSMENT. Put BBQ DNA on your list of places to visit while in Dallas! Best BBQ I've ever had. They pour so much love into what they serve, and it shows. After trying the chicken, sausage, brisket, and banana pudding, there is no way to choose a favorite. All extremely delicious. They are so friendly. You will walk out of BBQ DNA feeling like family.
