Dear BB's Diner, When a new customer orders food from your restaurant over the phone or front counter...if you don't make it the traditional way you should probably mention that or add that note to the menu. This here is spicy hot water cornbread with salmon bits in it! It's on the breakfast menu so I was expecting white rice especially since you asked if I wanted eggs. Your resolve to my complaint was this is how we make ours ... That's fine but it's not what I wanted. great customer service skills! Sincerely, Hungry after I spent $11 on lunch!
