Today, on Tuesday, my wife and I stopped by around 10 in the morning for coffee and a scone. Even though the girl was busy making food, she greeted us with a smile and chatted with us a little. She kindly suggested warming up the scone and even helped with a plate. She also recommended the muffins, which we’ll definitely try next time. She later checked in to ask how everything was, and I think this kind of thoughtful service is what keeps us coming back. This morning I stopped to get a coffee so I had to wait 10 minutes and when I asked the bartender she didn't answer me and I had to insist to get an answer, the answer was that the colleague of the orders hadn't told her and unfortunately at that moment the bartender started to take it out on the colleague and talking to her in a really bad way. Such behaviour is unacceptable. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is really great don’t get me wrong and so you can almost justify the price but some of the staff are very rude, won’t even crack a smile and were arguing with each other whilst we were sat down. Also, a warning for people with allergies, they use the same knife to cut everything, even cutting a cake with a knife used to cut fish! I don’t know if it is like this all the time though but just be wary make sure to express any allergies! Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
