I visited this restaurant recently, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of hygiene was shocking — I actually found a mouse behind the seat cushions, which is completely unacceptable in any dining establishment. The washrooms were filthy, with no hand wash or proper cleaning, making the entire experience even more unpleasant. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I raised these concerns, showing no sense of responsibility or courtesy. To top it all off, the food was served cold, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place truly deserves it. The restaurant clearly has serious cleanliness and management issues, and the way customers are treated makes it even worse.
