It had kale, sautéed veggies, organic quinoa, avocado, queso fresco, black bean, corn salsa, grape tomato, lime, cilantro, chipotle purée and red pepper vinaigrette.
It was mixed very well and had a great taste. Filling and full fulfilling!
Ended with a strawberry and banana smoothie. Super!
