I am a regular customer at your store and frequently purchase karak tea and food , both in store and online. However, I recently had an unpleasant experience that I would like to bring to your attention.One of your staff members, Abdul Majed or i dont really know his name spoke to me in an inappropriate manner. When I asked to have my order placed in my tumbler, he raised his voice and insisted on an additional charge of 15 SAR. I explained that I ordered two cups and requested that it simply be poured into my tumbler, but the situation was not handled professionally. Additionally, I was concerned to see him eating a burger in front of customers and then preparing my order without proper hygiene practices no gloves, no face mask putting in his mouth , and no visible handwashing.This raises serious food safety concerns.I hope you can address this matter and provide proper training to your staff, both in customer service and hygiene standards. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am disappointed and may reconsider visiting your restaurant in the future. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Quantity has been decreasing day by day. From someone who ordered every single day over the past week, I guess I’ll be moving to another restaurant, so pdespite the fantastic taste. The chicken is less than 100g, guess around 70-80g. It was way more.. in the photo it wont be clear, order and see.. i suggest they put the weight for the mgalgal for example.. by this we can avoid any misunderstanding..
