I discovered Birriosa through a reel on Instagram, the place turned out to be exactly as it was shown on the social network. The restaurant has a very peculiar and original design, where you are served in a window and you can enjoy your food leaning on the edge of another window. This creativity in the layout of the space provides a memorable experience. However, when it came to the food, I had mixed feelings. I opted for the birria dumplings, which, although promising, were a bit disappointing in terms of filling; I felt it was scarce. Furthermore, I found the birria broth somewhat watery and the daily water tasteless. Therefore, if you go in very hungry, you may not feel completely satisfied. That said, the place is ideal for a light snack and to enjoy a pleasant moment. In terms of service, the staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the dynamics of the place to us, which was very appreciated. In short, Birriosa offers an original and pleasant experience, although it could improve in terms of flavor and portion of its dishes.
