BISTRO is the in house bar/restaurant inside the Courtyard Palm Springs/Jupiter. It is not a traditional hotel lobby bar with a sit down restaurant. This place is designed as more of a fast casual/takeaway restaurant. However, there is seating available. The hotel is undergoing staged renovations which will include a redesigned pool deck area with outdoor seating as well. BISTRO offers a decent assortment of quick bites for breakfast or lunch. There are also a few options for lite dinner fare. If you're looking for a night cap, BISTRO offers a limited selection of beer, wine, and liquor. The employees are friendly and willing to help, but do not seem knowledge about how to make cocktails. It's probably a better idea to stick with beer and wine here.
