After a long afternoon wandering through Rouen’s beautiful old town, this restaurant was the perfect final destination. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and instantly transported me back to Vietnam. We ordered the plateau découverte, bun cha, and pho bo—everything was delicious. We finished the meal with the Banh troi tau (perles flottantes), which was the perfect sweet ending. The staffs were exceptionally friendly too. Highly recommend if you're looking for great food and a cozy vibe! Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to Bistrot Saigon for dinner. We had two bowls of Pho, noodles with pork and the caramelised pork. The food was was flavoursome, fresh and quick. The Pho broth was really good, as was the beef - tender and rare, just as it should be. Could always do with a bit more herbs, bean sprouts to go with the meal - felt a bit light for my liking. The pork with noodles was really well prepared - lots of fresh herbs with the meal, pork was yummy and very little fat. Nuoc Mam sauce was a good balance between sweet and chilli. The caramelised pork with eggs was delicious - perfect balance between caramel flavour, meat and egg. Maybe slightly more rice to go with the meal but that is personal choice. Would recommend and would go back. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
