The old lady with the glasses should not be in customer service. She is rude and is incapable of being civil. I was simply picking up my order and went to the take out desk. I told her I’m picking up my order. She rudely said “Excuse me?” I repeated that I’m picking up my order. Gave her the name. She looked at the shelves at the back and rudely told me “not ready”. She literally shouted. I waited 10 minutes. Another staff member then came to that take out desk. I asked her if my order was ready - and it was in fact one of the orders that had been lying on the shelf all this while. The old lady with the glasses was rude, incompetent and made me wait for no reason. Shouldn’t be in customer service. The younger girl who did give me my order was quite sweet and understanding though. The old lady was horrible and rude for zero reason. This happened a few days ago and we’ve dined in as well since then and the other server was really nice (they usually are). But this old grumpy lady is just not for any customer facing role.

My family and I went for dinner two weeks ago to this location, at first everything was going smoothly we were sat out order was briefly taken but somehow everything went sideways, the hostess was giving us push back about wanting to change an item on our order before he even sent it to the kitchen, then after we received our food within about 30-40 mins of waiting, we ordered dessert it took an hour to get two pazookies, we asked multiple workers for assistance with our order or why just two small desserts were taking longer than the food it self, they all said we had to wait for our waiter who had disappeared after taking our order. It was hard to get good help or assistance at this location. It was our first and last time visiting a Bjs, my kids loved the food but the service was terrible and the wait time even worse Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was good, service was a bit off but it was a Saturday afternoon before the evening rush. Atmosphere is, as always, the normal BJs stuff. Always recommend the Tatonka stout! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes
