The only reason the food and service get any star is because I can’t leave them blank. The service was terrible. The food was bland and waaaay undercooked with too much sauce to try and fade out the disgustingness. Didn’t work though. I’ve never had such horrible chicken Alfredo in my life. My son loves it and will probably never want to eat any ever again after having some of mine. The only good thing was the desert that took 30minutes to come out. A cookie and scoop of ice cream. Pretty hard to mess that up.im honestly surprised our server didn’t find a way though. I’ll never be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My husband and I went to BJs on Saturday. I food was good. The bill however was messed up. The waiter said he had mixed up the bill the bill with someone else's. The also said he gave us a 10 % discount and he also said the gift card we had given him was only for $ 25. When we received the bill there was no 10 % discount nor was the gift card deducted. When he was asked about it he gave us $30 cash as he had forgotten to add the gift card. We then checked the amount of the gift card with the person who gave us the card, she said it was for $50. So we brought this to their attention. It was a mess. We gave the server his money and the manager redid our bill. The manager didn't seem to concerned with the whole mess. When you go there check your bill to make sure it is correct.
