Made a reservation for dinner on a Tuesday. I arrived and waited 15 mins before being seated. After we were seated, my party of 3 and I waited for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged by a single server. We had enough and decided to leave and go to Plaza Azteca across the street where we were seated and served in less time than the time we waited at BJ’s. I do not think I will be visiting this establishment again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Henrico, VA was excellent! The customer service I received for my group of 26 was phenomenal! The manager Julia ensured that everything was timely, efficient, and tasty! Our two servers Grace and Brian were EXCEPTIONAL! The food was delicious and service was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend eating this establishment!
