My best friend and I were served by our server K.L. His service was tea, he was so attentive considering it was busy, and the food was great! We got pizzookies and espresso martinis and they did not disappoint. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice restaurant..food was good & nice sized portions. Family style restaurant with several huge big screen TV's for watching sports. Waitress was very attentive. We've been here a few times & will go back. Lots of different types of beers & cocktails..very convenient to the Coddingtown Mall. One of the doors into the restraunt is a round door but goes around easily.. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free parking lot Parking: Bathrooms are clean & well stocked..paying our tab was quick & easy.. Kid-friendliness: There is outside seating but the cars from the parking lot drive right buy..we had a dog with us the last time & they were very accommodating for the dog..brought a dish so we could give her water. Wheelchair accessibility: The front doors are very wide & will accommodate a wheelchair or walker easily.

Appalling Service at BJ's Santa Rosa - Needs Serious Retraining. We experienced truly terrible service during our recent visit to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Santa Rosa. The waiter was completely lost, disorganized, and repeatedly forgot our order. Every time we ordered something, he would vanish into the kitchen for 15–20 minutes and come back having completely forgotten what we asked for. The issues started the moment we sat down when we ordered water. After waiting and reminding him, he disappeared for another 20 minutes and still never brought it. I had to remind him twice just to get an iced tea, and when I ordered a second beer, he vanished and forgot again. We eventually gave up on these items. By the end of our meal, multiple items were missing from our order. Service was so non-existent that I had to flag down a completely different waiter just to get takeaway boxes. This place urgently needs proper staff training. We have reached out to corporate about this experience, and we will definitely not be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $70–80 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
