I have applied for a card at Bj for 12 years, and I have seen you continue to work hard to change and improve it in the past few years. My family and I enjoy leisurely shopping in your mall. The products are of good quality, affordable prices and regular discounts, meeting the needs of families. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the products are arranged in an orderly manner. Today I came to the mall to finish my shopping and found that I had already lined up at the wine cabinet when I checked out, so I chose the app to check out. I scanned each product smoothly without missing any product. After calculating the money, I happily went to the door to queue up. , but the embarrassing thing is that the 5.28GAL water was not scanned in and settled when checking the products. Your staff asked me to wait there. I felt like I had stolen something. I scanned it last time but did not enter it in the shopping cart, so I missed one item. The product had my name or membership number written on the notebook, so I decided to return the water to the mall. This is not the first time that this issue has arisen. BOYCOTT THIS STORE AS IT DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THE DISABLED/HANDICAPPED AND VIOLATED ADA ACT of 1990!!!!!! My mother is handicapped and I went to go get one of the scooters for her to ride on. My mother is unable to walk in the store to get on the scooter. While I went in to get on the scooter to ride it outside for my mother the a white older gray haired lady named Donna G. checking tickets at the door told me I couldn't take it outside because it was raining. I've never had this to happen before. Plus there was rain already on the scooter. This is how BJs treats handicapped individuals. Please don't go here if you have any family members with disabilities or is handicapped!!!!!!!!
