Overall, this is a clean location with good service. I wish there was a cafe here and the cell phone salespersons wouldn't be so pushy.

Eldridge(EG) has a nasty attitude. I have had my membership for over 15 years and I’m about to cancel it because of him. He should not be working at the customer service desk.

The time that I have spent as a recent member of Bj's wholesale club has been quite delightful! The staff are extremely amiable with helpful employees, and the customer service is top-notch. It is a well-stocked location, and every time I visit, I have a pleasant shopping experience. The store is consistently clean, and they have an abundance of free samples to try. Additionally, the lines are generally short. The products are of high quality for reasonable prices making it an ideal place to shop for almost everything you need.
