I’ve been coming here regularly for almost a year now. I love it here—especially when Andrew is here. The last few times I’ve been here, however, the service from one particular server has been poor. I came here today and was sitting down for 40 minutes and was only given water and a menu (after waiting for 30 minutes). I watched this server tend to THREE tables who arrived AFTER me, and proceed to serve the rest of the patio customers except for me. This is not the first time she has done this. This would be probably the third time I’ve come here and experienced this type of service from her. I always leave servers a 20% tip or more. She’s the first server that I have chosen NOT to tip twice because of this service. If it happens again I will simply not be returning to Black Forest. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
