Sadly this is the first time i bring my mother here since we wanted a restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Last time i’ve been here was months ago and i was surprised with the changes, i am unsure on a managerial level what changed but sadly i have noticed the difference in service and carelessness and the quality of the food. We have ordered our food and it only contained 3 items. Which took 15-20 mins of waiting for the APPETIZER to arrive after i had to REQUEST it. Then it took 30+ minutes for the pasta and the pizza to arrive. While the table next to us arrived after us, they recieved their Salad, sides and pizza in under 20 minutes. As i leave, the manager avoids any contact with us despite knowing i was unsatisfied with their service, which proves he is avoiding accountability. Sadly because of this, next time i choose a restaurant.. Blanca will not be on top of my list anymore What is funny is i was torn between Blanca and the competitor across the street and after this experience it is clear what the answer should’ve been.
