BLCK Café has good food, great drinks, a minimal aesthetic, and adorable dogs. Unfortunately, the vibe was completely ruined by someone who seemed to be one of the staff (or maybe the owner?), loudly playing games on his phone and cursing. Instead of relaxing music, the space was filled with his noise, which was very annoying. The staff were polite but distracted, spending more time on their phones or chatting loudly than focusing on customers. It’s clear they need training. The place could be amazing with some changes, but right now, it feels quite chaotic. They do seem to care about their food and drinks, and with a bit more attention to the customer experience, they have the potential to become a topnotch coffee spot. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
