We went to WORLD KYOTO & wanted to look for other bars & pressed Floor 7 to Blow Casino. We don’t play, but they served us drinks for the new years. Bartenders made great drinks & the customer service was amazing. We had a great time just drinking here. I will come back next time I visit Kyoto! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s a great place to hang out. If you aren’t interested in card games you can sit at the bar or the couches and order drinks. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is so friendly. It’s the perfect example of great hospitality. The music they play is very chill and relaxing. I will definitely come back if I am in Kyoto again. This place and their staff makes me want to come back to Kyoto. You have to try their whiskey chocolate. 10/10 location.
