It takes one person to destroy Customer Experience!!! My friend and I revisited BLUE STAR once again for their quite and peaceful atmosphere on Saturday afternoon. I went all as expected till 6pm when a girl (probably evening shift supervisor) showed up. I witnessed how a single person can mess up customer experience. She started by turning the TV's volume so high and we were unable to hear each other, and she was maneuvering around and disturbing everyone. Telling customers to move their chairs here and there. My friend and I felt we were not welcome anymore and asked for "Bill" and she replied in French that she did not speak English and we had to speak either Arabic or French to be understood! I was really shocked by her communication. If it is about showing of, then I don't think Blue Star Lounge is the place!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: SAR 100–120
