Got both orders wrong, 1st order was Elkashkha Blaban cookie, I ordered extra cream, but instead they gave me extra Nutella sauce and Strawberries with hardly any cream. I don't like strawberries. 2nd order I ordered El Habba Kinder Cake, with kinder sauce but instead they put the green pistachio sauce on it which I don't like. The pictures and Instagram marketing doesn't really seem to match what they are advertising.

B.Laban Anas Ibn Malik is a fantastic place to indulge in a wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors. The quality of the ice cream is exceptional, with rich, creamy textures and unique flavors that are sure to delight any palate. The shop itself has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your treat. There is few problems on the shop the is no one can speak English. And make menu more friendly. However, the one significant issue I encountered was the language barrier. None of the staff speak English, which can be a major hurdle for non-Arabic speaking customers. This makes it challenging to communicate preferences or ask questions about the menu. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, B.Laban is a wonderful shop with great potential. With some attention to language accessibility, it could become a favorite spot for even more people.
