Disrespectful behaviour from the two persons who is serving the order ( especially one who is wearing glasses) .. he is not even bother to hear a customer suggestions on the order and making fun of the suggestions we were asked (that he said he can’t do and need to pay etra on that ) the main thing he didn’t even understand what we asked he pretended he understood

I Ordered this from keeta. Order was wrong delivered. ordered a Fazza cake..,.it was delivered a milk cake with chocolate on it. When contacted with the customer support they are replying this is fazza cake. I have had this ordered more than 10 times from KEETA itself, and i know what a fazza cake is like..REALLY UNHAPPYWILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

Very poor quality maintenance by B Laban which is very shocking and unacceptable a metal button is mixed in cake . Who will be responsible if it swallowed by us, we need a proper justification by the owner of this branch of B Laban Sulaimaniya , Riyadh..
